K12 - THE SIGNAL HOUSE TRAINING SESSION
OPAMPS & SIGNAL
As part of the IEEE SPS K-12 OUTREACH INITIATIVE, the Signal Processing Society of IEEE Kerala Section submitted a proposal to conduct an event called ‘The Signal House’. It is a reusable moving kiosk, through which the visibility of SPS and signal processing will be increased. And also, will help in developing a liking towards the signal processing discipline in K12 students.
The proposal was approved by IEEE. As part of implementing the idea, we’re training a bunch of students. This session covered the concept of OpAmps and Signal.
The session was handled by Ms Reshna S, Associate Professor, TKM College of Engineering, Kollam. She is also the chairman of the IEEE SPS Kerala Chapter.
PYTHON GUI CREATION
As part of the IEEE SPS K-12 OUTREACH INITIATIVE, the Signal Processing Society of IEEE Kerala Section submitted a proposal to conduct an event called ‘The Signal House’. It is a reusable moving kiosk, through which the visibility of SPS and signal processing will be increased. And also, will help in developing a liking towards the signal processing discipline in K12 students.
The proposal was approved by IEEE. As part of implementing the idea, we’re training a bunch of students. This session covered the concept of creating a Graphical User Interface using the Python programming language.
The session was handled by Ms Adithya P Rajeev, Lead, R&D, SIGHT, IEEE Kerala Section.

It is a reusable moving kiosk, through which the visibility of SPS and signal processing will be increased. And also, will help in developing a liking towards the signal processing discipline in K12 students.
The proposal was approved by IEEE. As part of implementing the idea, we’re training a bunch of students. This session covered designing and visualising ideas using Computer Aided Designing.
The session was handled by Mr Abhiraj V S, Lead, R&D, SIGHT, IEEE Kerala Section.
